Or.:Maghreb (King); unknown scribes.
Prov.:an oval stamp by Aḥmad Taymūr Bāshā dated 1340/1921-2 (p. 1). The last items listed in the table of contents on p. 1 are not in the manuscript but coincide with parts of MS Cairo, Dār al-Kutub, riyāḍiyyāt Taymūr 139; hence, it is possible that the two manuscripts were once bound together (King).

Seven different maghribī hands, typically copying a single work each; additions by several maghribī and some naskh hands. Hand on pp. 129–144 (including the Ptolemaic work): fully dotted ductus, some ligatures, rare diacritics; red ink for titles, chapter beginnings, formulaic expressions and verbum numbering (in abjad notation). A carelessly drawn horoscope with abjad numerals in red (p. 142). The remainder of the manuscript includes tables, diagrams with abjad numerals, and magical shapes, mostly carelessly drawn. Dimensions: 20×14 cm; 23 lines per page for the Ptolemaic work. Codex in good condition; binding seemingly loose in multiple places.
