Cod.: paper, I+82+Ia ff. (foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals; a non-foliated pasted leaf (56bis); few quire signatures; catchwords). A single clear naskh hand with western elements, except for the pasted folio 56bisr in a different naskh hand; headings in red; new sections indicated with rubrics. Fully dotted ductus; frequent vowels, occasional shaddas and no hamzas. Overlined abjad notation. Substantial diagrams in black with abjad notation in red and labels in black or red; no tables. Dimensions: 180×120 mm; 17 lines per page. Moisture stains; substantially worm-eaten; the inner bottom corners are badly damaged affecting the eight six bottom lines of ff. 1r–10v; some restorations.
