Ed. Menso Folkerts
Jordanus provides information about some 13 400 medieval Western manuscripts (500 – 1500 A.D.) dealing with mathematics in the broad sense, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, computus, astronomy, astrology, optics, and mechanics. Most of these manuscripts are written in Latin, but they also include vernacular languages (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
