Cover	Bound in wooden boards covered with a s. 14 vellum wrapper (on the reverse side of which are copies of s. 14 legal documents) to 3 bands, with plain metal bosses, 5 of which are lost, and strap and pin fastening now gone. On the inside front cover, upside down, the inscription (s. 14) 'Benedicamus domino Deo gracias. Alleluya. Amen'. and other scribbles.

The text is followed on 6v by ten additional lines of verse, "Qui sequitur numerus medio pare multiplicetur / In par parce sui maiori multiplicetur ... Soli iuncta latent signa remota patent".
