Previous owners The manuscript belonged to John Moore, bishop of Ely, whose library was given to Cambridge by King George I in 1715: it is no. 936 in the list of Moore's manuscripts in Cambridge Univ. Libr. MS. Oo. 7. 50^2. | The only traces of ownership are illegible scribblings, unless the following entries in the Kalendar contain possessors' names. 24th and 27th of May, obiit AElfgifii filia AE<thorn>eldie, obiit AElfflaed, mulier AElfgari.

Glosses etc. 44a contains short notes concerning Arithmetick, &c., and some hexameter lines. 44b contains the Greek numeral letters with their names, and their powres in Greek, written in Roman letters. Also the ecclesiastical termini, with the account of the Angel bringing them to St Pachomius. This page is in the same hand as the following, which is later than the preceding, and contains 36 lines in the page.
