Previous owners "Nicholaus Smythe" owned the book on Dec. 25, 1589, ans notes the difficulty his friends had in reading and understanding the writing: "Renauld Smythe" also owned it about the same period. This MS. seems to have reached the Library in 1603 or 1604.
