A single clear nastaʿlīq hand in black; almost fully dotted ductus, occasional shaddas, regular hamzas. Book and chapter numbers in thuluth in black or red; qawlu-hu/aqūlu in red at the beginning of every section; some lines of the text have been crossed out. Substantial diagrams with lines in black and geometrical points and labels in red. Four mathematical tables (25r, 42r, 43r) with lines in black and headings in black or red. Beginning of text framed (1v, 2r), illuminated title piece (1v). Manuscript in very good condition; a few moisture stains in the margins. Dimensions: 22×12.8 cm, written area: 15.7×7 cm; 25 lines per page.
