No. 6461’, date of accession 7-9-1955 (rectangular library stamp on front flyleaf, stamps on ff. 1r and 63v).
Cod.: paper, 63 ff. (foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil in the upper left area of rectos; a foliation in black Hindu-Arabic numerals, exceeding the one in pencil by six folios; partially crossed out and occasionally repeated in red; catchwords, but mostly invisible due to the damage to the manuscript). A single nastaʿlīq hand in black; undotted ductus. Red used for book and chapter titles, abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals, and overlines. Proposition numbers in red abjad, usually found in the margins, here inserted in the main text. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points, occasionally the other way around. Tables with red lines. Golden frame with blue rule-border around the text area and most of the tables. Illuminated headpiece in blue and gold (1v). Codex in very bad condition; all inner margins restored; major damage due to insects, but mostly in the margins. Dimensions: 20×12 cm, written area: c. 14×6 cm; 21 lines per page. Modern half-bound blue and red covers. Type III binding.
