Cod.: paper, 67 ff. (foliated with Arabic-European numerals in pen in the top right area of versos, occasionally at other places due to the abundance of glosses, skipping a leaf after f. 62; no catchwords). A single elegant nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus with occasional vowel marks and hamzas. Chapter titles in red. Abjad and Persian forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals as well as geometrical points in the text overlined. Diagrams in black; tables partially empty or entirely omitted. Codex in very bad condition; major damage due to moisture and/or fire, holes (ff. 28, 35, 48–50), entire margins restored from f. 61 onwards, up to f. 60 only the bottom margins in order to maintain the glosses. Dimensions: 26×15½ cm; written area: 14×7 cm; 9 lines per page.
