Cod.: paper, 67 ff. (foliated with Arabic-European numerals in pen in the top right area of versos, occasionally at other places due to the abundance of glosses, skipping a leaf after f. 62; no catchwords). A single elegant nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus. Chapter titles in red. Diagrams in black; tables partially empty or entirely omitted. Codex in very bad condition; major stains due to moisture or fire, holes (ff. 28, 35, 48–50), entire margins restored from f. 61 onwards, up to f. 60 only the bottom margins in order to maintain the glosses. Dimensions: 26×15½ cm; written area: 14×7 cm; 9 lines per page.
