(foliated with Arabic-European numerals in the upper left area of rectos; quire marks, written out as ordinal numbers, at the top left of every tenth recto, starting anew with the second part; catchwords only at the beginning and end of the supplemented text parts). Main hand in black naskh; fully dotted ductus with full vocalisation. Ff. 94 and 155–157 supplemented by an irregular naskh hand, only partially dotted. Book and section headings in enlarged bold red. Geometrical points in the text overlined in black. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points; occasional ill-fitted spaces for diagrams (e.g., 193v, 194r); some reserved spaces left empty. No tables. Codex in acceptable condition; some ink corrosion, water damage, numerous stains, mould (e.g, ff. 95–106), restorations of the edges at beginning and end. Dimensions: 25.0×18.5 cm, written area 18.0×12.0 cm; 23 lines per page. Quarter-binding with black leather over red pasteboards. Type III binding.
