A single clear taʿlīq hand in black; occasionally dotted ductus, occasional shaddas, regular hamzas except for initial alifs. Book numbers in red, chapter numbers in Hindu-Arabic numerals or written out in red; qawlu-hu/aqūl in red at the beginning of every section. Abjad notation in the text in black or red, occasionally overlined. Several diagrams with lines in red, letters and labels in black. Three tables with headings in black or red (27v, 28r, 28v). Manuscript in very good condition; occasional moisture stains not affecting the readability of the text. Dimensions: 26.5×16 cm, written area: 18×9 cm; 29 lines per page. Brown leather cover with a simple rectangular frame. Type II binding.

\1v\ السعد قرين من صدر كلامه بالحمد لواهب السعادة. واليمن رسيل من أعلق يمينه بشكر يمتري الزيادة. فأحمده على ما أوّلانا من النعم ذات الطول والعرض. وأشكره على أن جعلنا من الذين يتفكّرون في خلق السموات والأرض — \222v\ إلّا وهو مصدرها. ولا مكرمة إلّا وهو مظهرها. فالتماس ذلك يكون تحصيلًا للحاصل. وهو عند الحكيم باطل باطل. بل الملتمس منه تعالى تثبيت مأخوله وآتاه. وأدامه ما خصّصه به واستثناه. وأن ينعم عليه لحظة فلحظة سعادة ويسرى. ويجدّد به ساعة فساعة كرامة وبشرى. = Niẓām al-Dīn al-Ḥasan al-Nīsābūrī, Tafsīr Taḥrīr al-Majisṭī (C.1.38)
