Cod.: paper, I+160+II ff. (foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil, with 18 and 19 following f. 4 although the order of the leaves is correct; two inserted sheets after ff. 49 and 50; catchwords). A single black naskh hand with tendency to nastalīq; almost fully dotted ductus. Book and section headings as well as abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals in red; sections numbered with abjad numerals or written-out ordinal numbers. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points, occasionally vice versa. Tables with red lines, some left empty (e.g., 26r–27r); a rosette (88r). Codex in very good condition; minor damage by insects, some stains. Dimensions: 19×13.5 cm; 22 lines per page. Heavily damaged dark-red leather covers with a lobed central mandorla with lobed pendants, an inner rule border and an outer frame; brown leather spine; restored red leather flap. Type II binding.
