Cod.: paper, I+349+Ia ff. (foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil near the top left of the text area on every tenth recto, with some irregularities; catchwords). A single nastaʿlīq hand in black; fully dotted ductus. Book and chapter titles in red. Abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals and geometrical points in the text overlined in black. Diagrams with red lines and black labels, mostly in the margins. Codex in very bad condition; heavy damage by insects restored with transparent tape covering a large part of every recto; major holes in many dozens of consecutive leaves, also affecting the text area. Dimensions: 31×25 cm, written area: 23.5×14.5 cm; 20 lines per page. Modern half-bound covers. Type III binding.
