Cod.: paper, 190 ff. (foliation with Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil, mostly multiples of 10, only visible on a very small number of rectos; ff. 111–118 misplaced; catchwords). A single nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus. Book and chapter titles in red, chapter numbers in abjad and overlined. Abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals overlined in red; geometrical points in the text without rubrication or overlining. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or vice versa. Tables with red or black lines, possibly partially by a different hand. Codex in acceptable condition; numerous small restorations with tape, almost never hindering the reading; some margins replaced. Dimensions: 29¼×16½ cm, written area: 19×9 cm; 17 lines per page. Modern half-bound covers. Type III binding.

An additional table is found in the bottom part of f. 81r.
