(foliated with Persian forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil above the text area on rectos; parallel foliation with Persian forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals in pen, often cut off from the scans; ff. 19–21 bound or foliated in reversed order; no catchwords [or all trimmed]). A single nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus. Book and section titles in red; qawlu-hu / aqūlū in red but often omitted. Diagrams initially fully in black, from section X.2 onwards with red geometrical points. No tables. Codex in terrible condition; paper heavily damaged by insects throughout; ink corrosion and stains on most pages, making much of the text almost impossible to read; all inner margins restored, all pages covered with Japanese paper. Dimensions: 23.5×11.5 cm, written area: 16×5 cm; 23 lines per page. Modern half-bound covers. Type III binding.
