Cod.: paper, I+273 ff. (foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil; catchwords). Black nastaʿlīq; mostly dotted ductus, no shaddas or hamzas. Book header in bold black, book title in bold red; section headers, qawlu-hu and aqūlu in red. Abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals, geometrical points in the text, and some sentence beginnings overlined in red. Reserved spaces for diagrams. Codex in very bad condition; major damage by rodents and insects, water stains and mold, covers worn. Dimensions: c. 22¼×15¼ cm, written area: c. 14⅝×8⅞ cm; 11 lines per page. Brown cardboard covers. Type III binding.
