A note on the contents of the codex (in Latin with Arabic and Greek insertions): ‘Ptolemei kitāb al-thamara karpos s. Frutus liberum …c .Centiloquium Centum aphorismi astrologiri cum commentario Anaexum est Muhammedin ben Salih Vocabularium Turcio-Arabium’ (IIv). Red stamps ‘Seal of the Asiatic Museum’ with the heraldic double‑headed eagle (IIr).

Cod.: Paper, II+59+I^a ff. (first treatise foliated with Hindu-Arabic numerals in ink and with Arabic-European numerals in pencil, the remainder of the codex with Arabic-European numerals in pencil and in ink; catchwords). A single neat naskh hand with tanwīns. The title and the words for verbum (kalima) and commentary (tafsīr) in red; red dots as sentence dividers. Codex in very good condition. Dimensions: 25×16.5 cm; 19–23 lines per page. Simple cardboard covers without any decorations or inscriptions. Type III binding.
