(foliated with Arabic-European numerals in pencil; paginated with Arabic-European numerals in pencil on every recto, starting with ‘2‘ on f. 3r; catchwords). A single clear black naskh hand. Mostly dotted ductus; frequent shaddas and hamzas, occasional vowels. Headings and words introducing new sections or paragraphs in gold; Hindu-Arabic numerals and abjad notation occasionally in gold. Decorated head-piece with basmala in blue, green, red, black and gold (2v); body text framed in gold. Substantial diagrams and tables; diagrams in gold with geometrical points in black; tables in gold, black and red. Codex in good condition; mold stains, slightly worm-eaten, minor moisture stains on the first and last folios. Dimensions: 199×123 mm, written area: 127×59 mm; 23 lines per page. Covers in brown leather with golden fillets over pasteboards; marbled paper on the inside of the covers. Type III binding.
