Abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals inconsistently in red and/or overlined. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or the other way around. Tables with red lines; a rosette (77r). Ff. 127–138 in a very dense black nastaʿlīq with freehand diagrams and tables; red only used in al-Nīsābūrī’s drawings of instruments on f. 136r, probably by a different hand. Codex in acceptable condition; major water damage at all edges, especially on the first and last folios, but not hindering the reading of the main text. Dimensions: 25×18 cm, written area: 17×11 cm; 26 lines per page. Brown leather covers. Type III binding.
