Cod.: thin paper, 347 ff. (foliation with Hindu-Arabic numerals with Persian characteristics in the upper left margins of rectos up to f. 99, continued in a different hand in the upper left corner, correcting the partially incorrect original foliation between ff. 100 and 133; catchwords in the hand of the scribe). An inconsistent nastaʿlīq hand in black, often neat and small (e.g., 3v), sometimes fast and less dense (e.g., 112v). Mostly dotted ductus occasionally with vowel marks; shaddas not provided, final hamzas mostly indicated. Chapter headings and paragraph beginnings highlighted with red overlines, occasionally written in red ink; abjad notation in the main text not highlighted. Numerous figures and some tables with red lines and black letters, all added in the margins (e.g., 16r, 24r, 33r) and sometimes overlapping with the main text (e.g., 280v). Codex in good condition with some ink stains (esp. on f. 207v), sometimes affecting the readability; two small slips of paper pasted over part of the text on f. 16v and written over by the scribe; ­slightly damaged by insects and repaired with ­transparent foil; most folios restored in the fold. Dimensions: 35×26.5 cm; 21 lines per page. Rebound in a red modern partial leather binding, title and author provided on the spine. Type III binding.
