A single sloppy nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus without vowel marks, hamzas or shaddas. Book and section titles, abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals, and qāla in red; most books headed by a basmala. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or the other way around, towards the end of the codex often unfinished. Tables with red lines; sometimes unfinished or entirely omitted (e.g., the remaining planetary mean motions on the blank folios 195v–201v). Codex in acceptable condition; significant damage by insects around the fold and in some outer corners. Dimensions: 21×12 cm; 17 lines per page. Dark-brown leather covers with blind-stamped frame.
