Black naskh; fully dotted ductus with final hamzas, no shaddas or vowel marks; \kafsp sometimes written with a small \kafsp at the top of the vertical stroke. Verbum numbers in red abjad (without kalima). Codex in very good condition; covers worn. Dimensions: c. 20¼×12¾ cm, written area: c. 14×7 cm; 11 lines per page. Quarter-bound cardboard covers with greenish marbled paper. Type III binding.
