Cod.: paper, 352 ff. (foliated with Urdu forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil in the upper left area of rectos, not agreeing with the foliation with red Urdu forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals ranging from 2 to 345 in the table of contents; catchwords). A single neat nastaʿlīq hand; almost fully dotted ductus with only few vowel marks, shaddas or hamzas. Book headings, chapter beginnings and qawlu-hu in red or overlined in red; some further use of red overlines for emphasis. Abjad numerals in the text overlined in red. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or occasionally entirely in black, all in the margins, some unfinished (e.g., 312r, 330r, 334v), some missing (e.g., up to chapter I.10); table in chapter I.12 missing. Text area surrounded by a thin rule-border in red. Codex in acceptable condition; damage by insects throughout, sometimes affecting the readability; restorations with Japanese paper. Dimensions: c. 33⅝×23½ cm, written area: c. 23½×14 cm; 21 lines per page.
