Cod.: paper, 213+I ff. (foliated with Arabic-European numerals in pencil centred in the lower part of the outer margin of every tenth recto; catchwords). A single very clear naskh hand in black; fully dotted ductus with ḥamzas and tanwīns and some vowels. Beginnings of chapters and qawlu-hu in red, abjad numbers overlined in red. Diagrams with red lines (sometimes black) and geometrical points in black. Codex in good condition; heavy water damage on f. 1. Dimensions: 25×17.5 cm, written area: 19×11 cm; 21 lines per page. Brown leather back cover with frame and mandorla; the front cover is missing.
