Cod.: paper, 634 pp. (paginated with large Hindu-Arabic numerals in pencil at the top of all pages; catchwords). A single naskh hand with light tendency to nastaʿlīq; generally dotted ductus, occasional vowel marks, shaddas and hamzas. Red used for book and chapter headings, qāla Bāṭlamyūs and qāla al-mufassir. Three horoscope diagrams (pp. 541, 547, 550). Codex in good condition; water damage with some mold in the outer margins, hardly ever hindering the reading; pp. 633–634 damaged, some restorations of the edges with pieces of paper (e.g., pp. 448–464).
