Cod.: paper, 254+I^a ff. (unfoliated; catchwords). A single neat nastaʿlīq hand in black; mostly dotted ductus, occasional vowels, shaddas and hamzas. Rubrication with red ink or red overlines in the hand of the scribe. No tables, spaces left empty for all three horoscopes usually found in this commentary. In the non-Ptolemaic sections, several diagrams in red without labels, many spaces for further diagrams reserved. Dimensions: not provided; 21 lines per page (misṭara imprints, e.g., 230r). Codex in very good condition, occasional oil stains. Orange paper bookmarks glued on the margins of several pages. Red leather covers over paper pasteboards: front and back decorated with a blind stamped central mandorla and pendants, both filled with floral patterns (no gilding); doublure: reddish paper decorated with a regular geometric pattern in black and dark red.
