Neatly drawn diagrams in the margins, with red lines and black geometrical points or, occasionally, vice versa; erased and redrawn diagrams on ff. 17r–v, 54r, 66r. Tables with red lines and black and red headers and values; empty tabular frame on f. 90r, a rosette on f. 94v. Codex in acceptable condition; heavy water damage and mould in the upper half of all pages, occasionally hindering the reading; restorations in the fold throughout. Dimensions: 23.8×14.0 cm, written area: 13.3×6.5 cm; 25 lines per page. Red leather case binding with blind-stamped central medallion and four pendants, slightly damaged. Type III binding.
