Cod.: paper, I+159+Ia ff. (unfoliated; catchwords). A single black nastaʿlīq hand; dotted ductus. Red ink used only from f. 48r onwards for book and section titles, abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals, and geometrical points in the text; some section titles overlined in red in the first book. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or the other way around, all drawn in the margins. Tables with red lines; a rosette (83r). Codex in good condition; water damage in the bottom margins of the first half, damage (by insects?) in the top outer corners and at the bottom edges in the second half, covers heavily worn. Dimensions: 26×17 cm, written area: 17×7 cm; 25 lines per page. Dark-brown leather covers over red pasteboards. Type III binding.
