Mḥ… b. Muḥammad b. Muḥammad b. Muḥammad Qāḍī-Zāda al-Rūmī (1r). Two seals of endowment by Sulṭān Aḥmad Khān b. Ghāzī Sulṭān Muḥammad Khān, i.e., Ahmet III (r. 1703–1730), dated 1115/1703-4 (1r, 223r). Short note with the date 1137/1724-5 (1r)..

Cod.: paper, 224 ff. (foliated with Arabic-European numerals in pen at the left top of the body text on every tenth recto; catchwords). A single clear nastaʿlīq hand in black; mostly undotted ductus, no shaddas, no hamzas. Book and chapter numbers in thuluth in black, headings in black, section beginnings qawlu-hu/aqūlu in red; spaces left open for rubricated words from f. 179r onwards. Textual dividers in the form of red dots especially on the first and last pages. Substantial diagrams with lines in black and labels and geometrical points in red. Three small mathematical tables with headings in red (28r, 29r). Folios 190 and 192 are slips of paper with copies of the figures on the adjacent manuscript pages, apparently in the main hand. Codex in good condition, slightly worm-eaten margins; some damage repaired with pasted paper slips (e.g., ff. 191, 222). Dimensions: 275×170 mm; written area: 200×120 mm; 31 lines per page.
