A single clear naskh hand in black; fully dotted ductus. Book headings in red over an extended maqāla in black; section headings and qawlu-hu / aqūlu in red. Abjad numerals in red; geometrical points in the text overlined in red. Diagrams with black lines and red labels; mostly reserved spaces in the non-Ptolemaic work. Some tables with red lines. Codex in acceptable condition; major water damage, generally not hindering the reading; significant damage by insects in the non-Ptolemaic work; margins at the beginning and end restored. Dimensions: 32×20.5 cm; 31 lines per page in the Ptolemaic work, 29 lines in the second work. Light-brown leather cover with a central medaillon with pendants; spine covered with cloth (Millī online).
