A note only presenting the name Ṣādiq (202v); a short note of purchase from a certain Mahdī (202v). Four occurrences of the old stamp of the Faculty of Theology of Tehran University, the first one dated 1341 Hijri-i shamsi (1962), with the current shelfmark (1v, 80r, 128r).

Cod.: paper, 202 ff. (unfoliated, ‘200’ written in pencil on what we count as f. 198v, and ‘p. 410’ written in ink on f. 202r; catchwords). A single clear nastaʿlīq hand in black; mostly dotted ductus, no shaddas, final hamzas indicated by a thin stroke very similar to the letter rāʾ. Book and chapter numbers in red (missing for Book I); section beginnings qh (for al-Ṭūsī’s quotations) or n (for al-Samarqandī’s comments) in red. Overlined letters for geometrical points in the text in black or red. Several diagrams with red lines (just in a few cases black), black letters, and labels in black or red; empty space reserved for a further diagram (90v). Codex in good condition; minor moisture stains in the margins. Dimensions: 22×12.5 cm, written area: 15×6 cm; 20 lines per page. Dark brown leather cover decorated with a central mandorla and pendants surrounded by a frame. Type II binding.
