Book headings in bold thuluth; section beginnings and qawlu-hu / aqūlu in red; some use of red overlines as textual dividers, frequent use of red dots as textual dividers up to f. 4v; propositions in parts of Book II numbered with red overlined abjad numerals in the margins. Abjad numerals overlined or in red with or without overlines; Persian forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals overlined or in red. Diagrams with black lines and red geometrical points and exceptionally vice versa. Tables with red lines.
