Cod.: paper, III+307+II^a pp. (paginated with pencil in Hindu-Arabic numerals, Persian forms, at the top right of versos; catchwords). A small and neat naskh hand; mostly dotted ductus, hardly any vowels, very few isolated hamzas and shaddas. Lemmata and chapter headings in red. No tables in the Ptolemaic part. The three horoscopes usually found in this commentary are in red and black ink (pp. 263, 266, 268). Codex in very good condition apart from minor stains (e.g., pp. 4–7); some restorations of the edges towards the end (pp. 304–307). Dimensions: 26.1×20 cm; 23 lines per page (misṭara imprints, e.g., on pp. 1, 306). Bound in a reddish partial leather binding with fore-edge and envelope-flap. Doublures decorated with taraklı ebru. Type II binding.
