Cod.: paper, III+131 ff. (foliated with Arabic-European numerals, skipping two leaves after ff. 60 and 99 and repeating ‘118’ ; no catchwords). A single clear western hand (probably Andalusī); almost fully dotted ductus, occasional vowels, shaddas and hamzas. Overlined abjad notation. Centered book headings in bold; headings and words introducing new paragraphs in bold. Substantial diagrams and tables. Codex in bad condition; the inner bottom corners are severely damaged from f. 65 to the end, hindering the reading of the six or seven bottom lines from f. 82 to the end; severe ink corrosion; major moisture stains in the first part. Dimensions: 25×19 cm; 24 lines per page. European binding of the seventeenth century (Vajda), type III.
