The current whereabouts of the manuscript are unknown.
Cod.: paper, 0+47 pp. (only the Ptolemaic part; we follow the pagination by Kunitzsch with Arabic-European numerals; quire number ‘2’ on p. 18 and ‘3‘ on p. 38 written with Hindu-Arabic numerals; no catchwords). A single clear naskh hand; mostly dotted ductus, no shaddas or hamzas, occasional tashkīl. Numerous diagrams. Codex worm-eaten and with considerable moisture damage, text nonetheless legible. 17 lines per page.
