Cod.: paper, I+40 ff. (foliated at the centre top of rectos; catchwords). A single black naskh hand with light nastaʿlīq influence; fully dotted ductus with a few maddas. Different ink (most likely red) for titles and the overlining of Pseudo-Ptolemy’s verba (numbered in abjad notation in the margins). Codex apparently in good condition. Dimensions: 20×14 cm; 21 lines per page.
