paper, I+40 ff. (foliated at the top centre of recto pages; catchwords). A single black naskh hand with light nastaʿlīq influence; different ink (most likely red) for titles and the overlining of Pseudo-Ptolemy’s verba; fully dotted ductus with a few maddas. Verba numbered in abjad notation in the margins. Codex apparently in good condition. Dimensions: 20×14 cm (library card); 21 lines per page.
