A black taʿlīq hand; almost fully dotted ductus, frequent hamzas, some vowel marks and few shaddas; final kāf is indicated by a second smaller kāf on top and hāʾ with a stroke underneath. Headings of Books I–III in black, of Books IV–XIII in red; section beginnings in red and mostly introduced by black or red abjad numerals with overlines; qāla / aqūlu in red and some further use of red overlines in the first part of the codex. Abjad and Urdu forms of Hindu-Arabic numerals mainly overlined, initially in red. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points, occasionally vice versa.
