Main hand in black naskh; partially dotted ductus. Book and section titles in red; book headings in bold black, section numbers in bold black abjad. Proposition numbers in red abjad in the margins. Abjad and Hindu-Arabic numerals in red and overlined; geometrical points in the text overlined in black. Diagrams with red lines and black geometrical points or vice versa. Neat tables with red lines, some unfinished; incomplete rosette (46v). F. 1r replaced by a nastaʿlīq hand; treatise on ff. IIIv–IVv and table of contents on ff. VIIv–IXr in two more nastaʿlīq hands. Codex in good condition; handling and some other stains, especially on the first and last folios of the older part of the manuscript; f. 2 damaged. Dimensions: 23.5×16 cm; written area: 17.5×11 cm; 29 lines per page. Covers with black, yellow and red marbled paper; spine and fore-edge flap in black leather. Type II binding.
