A very sloppily written note stating that Iḥtishām al-Mulk, the ruler of Kashan, donated the manuscript to Muʿāwin al-Mulk, dated Rajab 1286/October-November 1869 (96v). A note in Persian accompanied by an indecipherable signature stating that the manuscript was donated to the writer of the note by Sayyid Muḥammad Mutawallī, the son of the late Ghulām Ḥusayn Mutawallī Ṭabasī, on 28 Muḥarram 1348/6 July 1929 (1r). An undated note in Persian by Muḥammad Mahdī ʿImād Fihristī about al-ʿUrḍī’s Muqaddima fī taṣḥīḥ burhān, which is found on the following folios (96v; Gulchīn Maʿānī). Donated to the library by Ḥājj ʿImād Fihristī in Tīr 1310/June-July 1931 (library slips). Library stamps (e.g., Ir, 1r–v, 96r–97r, 104v–105v).
